• Clear/blow your nose to remove any congestion or secretions.
• Gently shake the bottle. When using the nasal spray for the first time after removing the sterile seal, pump 2 to 3 sprays away from your face to prime the device. This ensures an even mist of medication.
• Tilt the head forward.
• Insert the nasal spray partly into the nose while pressing down against the opposite nostril.
• Gently press down on the plunger.
